Ghostly Sounds- Cheetham Hill and Bulloch Hall

Cheetham Hill Whistle

Bulloch Hall Rattle

These were the only sounds I captured from Cheetham  Hill and Bulloch Hall.  The whistling sounds from Cheetham were clear enough to be heard by all of us.  Jenn even commented on hearing it accompanied by a “Hey”.  I was not able to hear that on the recording, but you can be the judge of that.  As for Bulloch Hall, it sounded like a door closing and rattling.  Ryan would like me to go back over these recordings since he and the rest of the group heard whispering at Cheetham Hill.  I did not hear at the time nor upon examination of the recordings, but will attempt to see if anything can possibly heard.  I haven’t had a chance yet to go over Marietta Cemetery, I’ve been busy with work and Christmas prep.  I’ll make it a point to go over Marietta and the other recordings tomorrow.

Update: Upon further review of the part of Cheatham Hill where the rest of the group claimed to hear whispering,  I did in fact here whispering on the recording.  However, when I listened closer it turned out to only be Ryan whispering to me or some other members whispering.  It was nothing paranormal that I could determine.

Titantic Exhibit Haunted in Atlanta Georgia?

10 12 2008

Are ghosts haunting the aquarium in downtown Atlanta, Georgia? I found an interesting article by the Atlanta-Journal Constitution detailing the supposedly haunted aquarium in Atlanta. Could this be paranormal… or not?

Do spirits swim with Atlanta’s fishes?

Are specters now among the many species that inhabit one of the world’s largest collections of sea life?

Is the Georgia Aquarium haunted?

Aquarium workers and officials seem to think there’s a possibility, with hundreds of century-old artifacts of the “Titanic Aquatic” exhibit occupying the Georgia landmark’s northwest corner.

The awesome people over at Roswell Paranormal who run the Roswell Ghost Tour investigated the exhibit.  Wish we could investigate the largest aquarium in the world… 🙂

Ghosts at Haunted Bulloch Hall in Roswell? Lights Debunked!

The Supposedly Haunted Bulloch Hall in Roswell, Georgia

The Supposedly Haunted Bulloch Hall in Roswell, Georgia

We made our way back out to Roswell, Georgia to check out the flickering lights at the supposedly haunted Bulloch Hall. As odd as it was when the lights turned off and on as we entered the property and left we came to discover last night the lights were in fact timed and not paranormal. We noted that the lights turned off every 6 1/2 minutes for 2 seconds and would turn back on. We also observed this with the street lights in the parking lot and the lights at a haunted confederate cemetery in Marietta, Georgia. If you watch the second video on the Bulloch Hall lights you will note that the video is over 5 minutes in length (lights turned off at the end). This video was recorded seconds after the lights turned off. That means that the lights turned off around 6 minutes later.

Old Roswell Mill Ruins in Roswell Georgia: Unexplainable EVPs

Roswell Mill Ruins Unexplainable Sound

Roswell Old Mill Trail Stairs – Tweet

I went through most of the recordings, all except Hell’s Church.  It Thanksgiving and I’ve been spending more time with my family so I swears when I get back to school I’ll go over that one and back over to make sure I got everything that wants to be found.  The first one I heard was from the Roswell Mill ruins.  To me, it sounded like a “gruff”, thats the only thing I heard that sounded out of place.  It could be someone clearing their throat but it didn’t sound like anyone in our group.  The second one was from those Steps I love so much.  This one to me sounded like a tweet.  However, it was around 2 in the morning and I don’t think any bird would be awake and tweeting.  Thats all I have for now, sorry it took a while. Like I said bringing my lab top home to try and get work done wasn’t that great of an idea, not much work getting done.  I promise either tomorrow night or monday I will post the rest, if any, EVPs I catch.

The Supposedly Haunted Bulloch Hall in Roswell, Georgia

After several hours at Hell’s Church in Canton we decided to head out to one of our favorite locations: the haunted town of Roswell, Georgia. We love the small town of Roswell and the stories of the ghosts haunting the old Roswell mill ruins and the legends of Bulloch Hall and the young girl haunting the property. We decided to first head out to Bulloch Hall and investigate the porch lights (which have been known to turn off and on when entering and leaving the property).
